2020 Project Report || Policy Brief

Buena Semilla Project / CIET International in Guatemala is a small Guatemala-based NGO that nurtures the wellbeing, gender equity and self-determination of Indigenous populations of Guatemala. Through Women's Circles and other collective spaces for women and men, we support individuals in rising up to their full potential and becoming agents of change in their lives and communities. This annual report highlights our activities and finances in 2020, a year that took us by surprise! The generosity of so many individuals and institutions allowed us to quickly adapt to meet the needs of local populations during COVID-19 and find local solutions to physical distancing, emotional distress and economic hardship..
